The Company

My name is Dylan, and more than 20 years ago I tasted homemade jerky for the first time. Since then, no store-bought jerky has ever measured up.

After trying a Mango Habanero jerky from a big-name brand and being absolutely disgusted with the flavor and texture, I got fed up with spending good money on bad product and decided to do it myself.

My mission for Full Strength Jerky is to provide the highest quality jerky possible, with unbeatable macros and exciting, interesting and delicious flavors that you simply won't get with other brands.

The Product

Our jerky is made with 100% whole muscle lean beef, sliced thin and marinated in proprietary spice blends overnight, then dehydrated to the perfect texture and immediately vacuum sealed to lock in the flavor.

Big-name brands leave a lot of moisture in their jerky which is why you're sometimes getting as low as 9g of protein per oz. They also use up to 6g of sugar per oz to mask the mediocre taste of their jerky. The combination of that moisture and sugar creates a syrupy coating that makes your fingers feel greasy and sticky.

With Full Strength, there's 0g sugar in most flavors, up to 19g of protein per serving and no sticky feeling.
